The Great EsSkate - About Us
The Great EsSkate is organized and produced by Great EsSkate, Inc. (formerly South Beach NSP, Inc.). We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit all-volunteer organization.
We want to raise public awareness about in-line skating, and our annual skating event is just one way that we do this. Many of us are members of the National Skate Patrol, an international organization that teaches and promotes safety for in-line skating, and we believe the Great EsSkate helps accomplish that goal as well.
We are also committed to doing good while having fun. With that in mind, we support the Miami Beach Police Athletic League (PAL) and the families and children they help. Proceeds of the Great EsSkate fund PAL programs.
Finally, the Great EsSkate works closely with Miami Beach city officials to showcase the Miami Beach area as the amazing tourist destination it is.
