Online registration requires a valid VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS card. Active.com will apply a service charge of $1.25 plus 6.75% to our registration fee. Online registration will be available until January 31, 2010.

Please make every effort to fill out the registration form clearly and entirely, in order for it to be accurately processed. Mail registration must be post-marked by the registration deadline indicated on the fee schedule below.

Registration Fees

| $105 | regular registration from November 5 to December 31, 2009 |

| $135 | on site registration will be held at the Royal Palm Resort Hotel, 1545 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, on February 19, 2010, from noon until 6:00 PM |
Please note that all registration deadlines end at midnight Eastern time, 9:00 pm Pacific time.
NSP Patrollers and Volunteers Discount
NSP patrollers and volunteers will be eligible to receive a $10 refund during the Saturday picnic. NSP patrollers must agree to patrol at least two skate tours. All other volunteers must perform at least two hours of volunteer work.
Cancellation and Refunds Policy
To qualify for a refund, you must have registered for the Event prior to January 22, 2010 and all requests for refunds must be e-mailed to genecook@bellsouth.net before this date. A $10 administrative fee will be applied to all refunds. Active.com fees are non-refundable.
